LEADERSHIP TEAM

Michael Bezdek is a serial entrepreneur, investor, a veteran business manager who has served in the top ranks of major corporations. He is experienced in investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, mezzanine financing, venture capital and private equity. Michael spent a decade on Wall Street managing individual and institutional investment portfolios exceeding 1 billion in assets.

John Bluher is an industry leader who has served top financial firms as a senior executive. He has more than two decades of experience in corporate finance, fund creation and management, raising capital, fund raising, investing and investment management and is a licensed financial professional in all 50 states. He is also an attorney with years of experience in financial mergers and acquisitions.

Brett Thomas is a foremost authority on management and leadership, author of 14 books, having helped hundreds of businesses scale into the tens of millions and hundreds of millions. He is the co-founder of the Stagen Leadership Academy and an early pioneer in the Conscious Capitalism movement. He uses his advanced knowledge of management to support the management of companies we invest in.

Tony Ricciardi is a serial entrepreneur and investor with deep operational experience. He co-founded and served as president of ListenTrust the leading bilingual call center for multi-lingual language services. In only 7 years, he grew the company to 800+ employees and over $15 million in revenue. He is passionate about leveraging conscious capitalism to raise consciousness.

OUR TEAM

Brett Thomas is a veteran leadership advisor to CEOs and executive teams. He developed a unifying theory of leadership with Ken Wilber and is the co-founder of the Stagen Leadership Academy. He uses his advanced understanding of integral psychology and adult development theory to create accelerated learning experiences and practices for conscious leaders.

Johnny Thomas has a PhD and an MBA and is passionate about technology, conscious leadership and organizations, and the decentralization movement. He has 25 years of experience as a senior tech executive working in: wireless, software, semiconductors, defense radar, and consumer electronics. His PhD work emphasized human factors on socio-technical systems, and infrastructure, and resilience.

Rob McNamara is an expert on adult development and human performance, and the author of the books The Elegant Self and Strength to Awaken. Rob has served as a Teaching Fellow at Harvard University, and has worked extensively with Ken Wilber and the Integral Institute for over a decade, including serving as core faculty for the Integral Life Practice seminar series, core faculty at global Integral Spiritual Experience events.

Susan Canon, PhD is an interdisciplinary scholar-practitioner and futurist specializing in innovation, learning, and change in human systems. She is an adjunct professor of Organizational Development and Leadership at Fielding Graduate University. She previously worked as an associate professor of management at Antioch University Seattle, and an adjunct professor with the Bainbridge Graduate Institute at Pinchot University.

Michael Garfield is a paleontologist-futurist turned educator and philosopher. His work articulates emergent planetary culture and integrate art, science and technology in a new way that suits our accelerating, evolutionary age. He's active in the decentralization movement and is a mentor to conscious investors. He is a popular podcaster, lecturer, and also hosts events at Burning Man and other popular festivals.
